What you get

A manual audit

An automated scan maps your pages and flags the obvious failures first. Then an engineer tests every template by hand, with a keyboard and a screen reader. Every audit finding is tied to a WCAG 2.1 Level AA success criterion and a page.

Fixes made by hand

Our engineers edit your theme, templates, and content directly: alt text, labels, contrast, focus, keyboard paths, form errors, headings, and ARIA where it's actually needed. Nothing is bolted on to do the fixing — no overlay, widget, plugin, toolbar, or automated fix script.

A re-test and a record

Your record in the Accessibility Registry opens when the program starts. An engineer re-tests the same scope by hand; when it passes, we update the record to Verified — that status means our re-test passed, nothing more. You can also add an optional footer badge: a small script from the registry that displays the record's status and links to it. The badge itself is all it adds; it doesn't fix anything or change anything else on your pages.

Typical timeline: most programs for a store within the standard scope finish in about 4–8 weeks from when we get access. These are typical times, not promises. See each stage.
