What we collect

What you enter in our forms: name, email, website, platform, and your message or intake answers. When you purchase, Stripe collects your payment details and billing address under its own privacy policy; we receive your name, email, the domain you entered, and confirmation of payment, never your card number.

How we use it

To reply to you, to perform the services, to file and maintain your record in the Accessibility Registry, and to send you receipts and service updates. We don't send marketing email.

Access to your website

During the program we access your site through a collaborator or staff account you create. We use that access only for the audit and remediation and ask you to remove it when the work is done.

Sharing

We share information with service providers that run this site and process payments (Netlify, Stripe) and with the Accessibility Registry, where the record — your domain, business name, dates, statuses, and our name as filing partner — is public. We don't sell personal information.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs for security.

Retention

Form submissions and engagement files are kept for the record term plus three years, then deleted. Registry records are permanent by design.
