What the statuses mean
| Status | Meaning | Expires |
|---|---|---|
| Remediation on record | Audit complete; fixing under way. | 120 days after filing unless a retest is filed |
| Verified | Scope fixed and retested. | 12 months, unless re-verified |
| Lapsed | Expiry passed without a retest or renewal. | Stays public with history |
A record documents work by the partner named on it, for the scope and dates shown. A missing record doesn't mean a site has or hasn't done accessibility work. The badge on a client's site reads the record live; if the badge and the record disagree, the record is right.
