Checkout runs on Stripe. You'll accept our Terms of Service there and land on a short intake form afterward. The balance is invoiced when your record is verified.
What's not included
- Sites with more than about 12 distinct templates, custom web applications, or several domains — contact us and we'll quote.
- Third-party embeds we don't control (see how it works).
- Legal advice of any kind. We're not a law firm.
- Ongoing monitoring or renewal after the 12-month record term. Quoted separately.
A record is filed only for work actually done. Paying the deposit starts the audit; it doesn't create a Verified record. Verified is granted by the retest, and nothing else.
Refunds
If we haven't started the audit, the deposit is refundable in full. Once the audit has started, the deposit covers the audit and findings report and is not refundable. If the scope can't be verified because of a blocker on your side — access not granted, a platform limit, a third-party component — we document it on the record and the balance is reduced to the work completed.
