Process

How it works

Five steps, in this order. Nothing skipped.

01

Start

Pay the $4,750 deposit by card and complete a short intake: your domain, platform, who can give us access, and any deadline you're working against.

02

Audit

Automated scan of the whole site, then manual testing of every template — keyboard only, then with a screen reader. You get a findings report: each item tied to a WCAG 2.1 AA criterion and a page. We file your record in the registry as "Remediation on record."

03

Fix

We make the changes in your theme, templates, and content. If a fix needs a decision from you — alt text for a product photo, wording for a form error — we ask, batched, not one at a time.

04

Retest

Same scope, same methods, fresh pass. Anything that still fails goes back to step 3. When the scope passes, we update your record to Verified.

05

Record and badge

The $4,750 balance is due at verification. You get the badge embed for your footer; it links to your public record and updates on its own if the record's status changes.

Scope

Scope is the set of pages and templates we audit and fix. For a typical store that's the home page, collection and product templates, cart and checkout as far as your platform allows, account pages, contact and policy pages, and the navigation, header, and footer. We confirm the exact scope with you after the audit and it's written on the record.

What we can't fix

Third-party parts we don't control: a hosted checkout, an embedded booking widget, a payment provider's iframe. We document these on the record as out of scope and tell you what to ask the vendor for.

After

A verified record runs for 12 months. Sites change, so before it expires we can retest and renew, or you can let it lapse — a lapsed record stays public with its history. Renewal is quoted at the time.
